Who receives your enquiry
A live branded form sends your enquiry to the service business named on that page. That business uses the information to review your request and contact you, and is responsible for its own subsequent handling. Enquiry Fox operates the enquiry service on the business’s behalf and also handles its own business-account, security and billing records. Information and purpose
Enquiries contain the name, phone, optional email and postcode, request details, notes, priority, contact preference and any photos you provide. Some requests may include property or service-specific details. The business uses these details to review and respond to the request; avoid including unrelated sensitive information or other people in photos. Account information identifies the business and its verified owner. Limited request and delivery information protects the service from abuse and helps investigate failures. An enquiry does not give permission for unrelated marketing.
Service providers and payment
The service uses hosted authentication, database, photo storage and email delivery providers. Their access is limited to performing the relevant service. When paid subscriptions become available, Stripe will act as merchant of record through Managed Payments, presented as Link at checkout and on receipts and invoices. Stripe/Link handles payment and billing information for transactions, applicable taxes, fraud prevention and transaction support under its own privacy notice. Right Cyber UK Limited handles Enquiry Fox accounts, enquiries and product support. Business payments use Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages; Enquiry Fox does not collect card details in its forms. Customer enquiry details and photos are not supplied as payment descriptions. Provider processing may occur outside the UK; applicable processing agreements and transfer safeguards must be in place for managed access.
WhatsApp business alerts
Business owners can opt in to new enquiry alerts through Meta’s WhatsApp service. These messages contain the business name and a link to the signed-in Enquiry Fox inbox; customer contact details, notes and photos are not included. We keep the chosen WhatsApp number, consent and opt-out timestamps, and limited delivery records. Turn alerts off in Business details or reply STOP. Choosing WhatsApp as an enquiry contact preference means the named business may contact you itself; it does not subscribe you to Enquiry Fox WhatsApp alerts.
Retention
Uploads that are not attached to an accepted enquiry expire after 24 hours. Accepted photos expire after 90 days. Enquiries, contact records and notification copies expire after 12 months from acceptance. If account access closes, retention becomes the earlier of the original expiry or 90 days after closure; reactivation does not extend those earlier expiries. Deletion can be requested sooner. Limited accounting records and redacted duplicate-prevention records may remain where needed; these are not copies of the enquiry’s photos or contact information.
Your choices and rights
Photos, postcode and additional notes are optional; a name and phone number are required to make a live enquiry. You can choose your preferred contact channel. Contact the named business or Right Cyber UK Limited at info@rightcyber.co.uk to request access, correction or deletion, identify your enquiry reference if available, and explain any objection or restriction request. Identity and authority are checked before releasing or removing data. Business owners can export retained enquiry data and request deletion through their authenticated dashboard. For Stripe/Link transaction data and payment support, contact Link support. A Link data-deletion request can cancel subscriptions and remove related payment records; deleting Enquiry Fox enquiry data does not cancel billing. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Demo, storage and measurement
The generic customer form is a demonstration: no enquiry is saved to a business inbox, no messages are sent and demo photos stay in your browser. Business setup may keep draft details in that browser tab to help you return after sign-in. Authentication uses essential session storage. Aggregate pilot measurement concerns intake completion, delivery reliability and follow-up; customer notes and photos are not analytics payloads. Any future optional analytics or marketing requires its own notice and choices.
