PestNow gives your pest-control business a branded enquiry page and a private inbox. Customers share photos, pest details, their postcode, urgency and preferred contact method. You review the enquiry, contact them directly and record your follow-up.
You can keep your existing website. Once your business page is active, add its link to a contact button, your business profile or a customer reply. Your customers open the enquiry page in their browser.
Yes. The enquiry form works in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Customers do not need an account or an app, and photos are optional.
Your team stays in control of the next step. PestNow organises the enquiry; you decide whether to call, quote or arrange a visit. You can record a booking status in the inbox, but PestNow does not book appointments, set prices or take payments.
The current pilot includes a branded enquiry page, photo and detail capture, and the business inbox with contact actions and follow-up tracking. There is no payment to make in the product. Access is being introduced through managed business setup; preview your page first to explore the fit.
No. The example customer form is a demonstration: photos stay in your browser and the example is not saved or sent to a business. A live, active business page is separate and saves enquiries to that business’s inbox.
