Enquiry Fox is enquiry software for service businesses, provided and supported by Right Cyber UK Limited. It brings a customer’s request and useful context together before your team makes contact.
The purpose
A useful starting point for the job.
Customers often start with an incomplete request. Enquiry Fox gives them one place to describe the work, choose a contact preference and add optional photos or postcode. A private inbox helps the business review that information and record the next step.
The product serves plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, pest-control teams and other service businesses. It does not provide those services itself. Assessment, pricing, availability and arrangements stay with the named business.
Our demonstration uses fictional customer details and can be replayed without signup. It shows the workflow; it is not a customer testimonial or evidence of a completed job.

Right Cyber UK Limited provides product support and operates the platform. The service business named on each live enquiry page receives and handles its customer requests. Stripe/Link handles subscription payment support under the payment arrangements described in our terms.
